Debbie-Anne's lifelong connection to movement began at age six, where she developed a disciplined technical foundation in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. By age eight, she began bridging the gap between the stage and the ballroom, training in Latin and Ballroom under her parents at the Family's iconic Humphreys Dance Studio. This dual background allowed her to blend poise and rhythmic precision, creating a technical versatility that would eventually define her professional career.

Turning professional at just 18, Debbie-Anne won the title of Australian Professional Rising Star DanceSport Champion. She has shared her passion for dance across Australia and Asia through performances, demostrations and teachings.

Debbie-Anne is a highly qualified dance professional with the credentials to teach, examine and judge. As an accredited member of DanceSport Australia and DanceSport WA, she upholds the highest standards within the industry. With more than 40 years of teaching experience Debbie-Anne has dedicated her career to developing dancers of all levels, combining technical expertise with a passion for nurturing confidence.

Teaching and playing a part in the continued success of the family dance business is both deeply rewarding and something she is very proud of.
